A sample three-day retreat
Day one
- Arrive from 3:00pm; coffee on the terrace
- Session one: indoors, doors closed
- Sunset, and everybody stops for it
- Dinner at the grill
- The campfire, and the conversation that matters
Day two
- Swim or walk before breakfast
- Breakfast together
- Session two, outdoors on the lawn
- Team activity through Reserve
- Private dinner, then karaoke
Day three
- Breakfast
- Session three: decisions, not discussion
